From design to completion ...  After consultation with the customer Joanne will produce a sketch showing a selection of designs for discussion. For example the following ring design was to use a number of customer gemstones recovered from old pieces of jewellery. One design is then chosen with a 50% deposit the piece is made. Customers can have a fitting during the making process if required at which point small alterations can be made
on request.  Completion of pieces usually takes from 6 to 10 weeks from date of deposit depending on our workshop schedule. Please telephone for no obligation design appointments with Joanne.

No design may be reproduced or made up without the express permission of Joanne Gowan. 
Any breach of copyright will be vigorously pursued through legal channels.
If changes are requested at the fitting stage there is no additional charge, unless substantial alterations to the design are required.

There is no charge for the designing but sketches and copyright of the designs are retained by Joanne Gowan.
